ClaraDocs provides automated document collection and AI-assisted report drafting tools for Canadian CPA firms. Access is provided via monthly or annual subscription.
Plans: Growth ($199/month CAD or $1,990/year CAD), Advisory ($299/month CAD).
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive a reminder 7 days before renewal.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime in account settings. Access continues to end of billing period. No refunds on annual plans after 14 days.
Taxes: Prices exclude applicable GST/HST, calculated at checkout based on your province.
14-day free trial with 5-client limit. No credit card required. At trial end, account is locked until a plan is selected. Trial data is retained for 30 days.
ClaraDocs AI outputs (emails, advisory report drafts) are tools to assist CPA professionals — they are NOT professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. The CPA bears full professional responsibility for all advice provided to their clients. All AI-generated reports must be reviewed and approved by a qualified CPA before delivery to any client. ClaraDocs is not liable for any reliance on unreviewed AI output.
Client documents are stored in your Google Drive account, not on ClaraDocs servers. You retain ownership of all your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use ClaraDocs to: violate any law, send unsolicited communications without proper CASL consent, impersonate others, or reverse-engineer the service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLARADOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We will notify you 30 days before material changes via email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
